Those who love coral and colors should take a dive on dive site the Sponges. It is a very nice dive next to a wall of hard and soft corals in all kinds of colors. The wall starts at only 5 meter deep and continues dropping all the way down to 18 and then to 40 meters deep. Azure vase sponges and barrel sponges are just a few of the types of sponges you can see here. Some of the common sights while scuba diving at this dive site are cleaning shrimps (cleaning stations), banded coral shrimps, flamingo tongues, but also turtles, pillar corals and elk horn coral. In the deep along the wall you might spot the occasional nurse shark or eagle ray.
